Zero Channel is a frameless sign originating from our company that gives a clean and sophisticated impression due to the absence of edges. By completely eliminating the edge frame, it consists solely of stainless steel channel letters and acrylic or other resin light-emitting surfaces, allowing for the production of relatively small letters and thin logo signs.
It supports various specifications for light-emitting surfaces, including front lighting, back lighting, side lighting, and side lighting with front shading. Additionally, there are abundant options for the color of the LED itself, the material of the acrylic, and the light-emitting colors from sheet applications, enabling a wide variety of designs.
Utilizing our experience and technology in precision sheet metal processing, we manufacture channel letters with accuracy comparable to NC production. The name derives from the concept of "zero (0) error" between resin and sheet metal.
