It was co-developed with Miwa Lock, a major manufacturer of keys and locks, and has stability and security that meet high domestic quality inspection standards. It offers various unlocking methods, including IC cards like Suica, PIN codes, smartphone apps, and physical keys. With a variety of features such as key sharing, it accommodates various key management needs. By changing the "operation mode" at times such as during construction, when the room is vacant, at the time of occupancy, or upon departure, all previous keys become unusable.
