We would like to introduce a case study involving Chongqing Qiaotou Food, a famous manufacturer of hot pot soup. The manufacturing process is complex, involving pre-treatment, stir-frying, steaming, and cooling stages, where ingredients are mixed with seasonings and additives, and finally packed into plastic soft bags weighing between 130 to 400 grams. The company produces these bags in large quantities, and the management, which is always seeking higher levels of automation, considered further streamlining this packaging process. As a solution, we proposed the use of the "Stäubli TS60 4-axis scara robot." It was necessary to establish suitable conditions for production and select and implement appropriate technology for process automation. We adopted the Stäubli TX2-60 Stericlean, which can operate in an aseptic environment. In addition to environmental resistance, its compact design and large range of motion play a crucial role within the cell. It plays a central role in the production line, transporting products through various stations within the RIVA formulation cell. [Case Study: Food] Transportation of Dairy Product Cups

We will introduce a case of automating the transportation, stacking, and palletizing of cup dairy products (cheese) using six robots with different tactics.

The case study introduced this time is from Choceňská mlékárna, a company located in the town of Choceň, 100 miles east of Prague, Czech Republic, which produces brands of spreads, yogurt, and curd cheese. Since its establishment about 90 years ago, it has been committed to high quality standards and has implemented automation in mass production and more reliable production routes. Additionally, a new line has been designed and implemented to package popular dairy products in the Czech Republic at a speed of 20,000 units per hour.
