The Kyōni Robot Promotion Office offers proposals and implementation support for the new collaborative robot CZ10 manufactured by Nidec. Equipped with torque sensors on each axis, it detects contact with operators and safely stops, maintaining a gap of over 25mm in all postures to prevent pinching of fingers and other objects. Intuitive direct teaching is possible by moving the robot directly. **Features of CZ10:** - Achieves high safety with no need for safety fences, anti-pinch design, and contact detection functions. - Easy operation with a direct teaching function that allows even beginners to teach easily. - Lightweight (approximately 50kg) and slim arm design makes it easy to place in work environments. - Capable of performing tasks such as picking and assembly alongside humans on the same line.
