If you require slide rails that do not need lubrication, we can accommodate custom orders. ■Surface treatment: The AccuRide slide rail has the following types of surface treatments. The standard specification is electro-galvanized (glossy chromate treatment), and we also accept orders for other treatments such as colored chromate treatment, black chromate treatment, chrome plating, and strong zinc (ultra-high corrosion-resistant plating). The types of surface treatment methods are as follows: *Our standard specification ... Electro-galvanized (glossy chromate treatment) *Custom specifications ... Electro-galvanized (colored chromate treatment) appears yellow Electro-galvanized (black chromate treatment) appears black Chrome plating ■Dust: The ball retainer is designed to accurately hold the ball bearings while simultaneously cleaning the surface of the ball bearings and protecting the floor surface of the slide rail. Therefore, it is not a problem if the lubricant becomes contaminated with dust.
