In addition to upcycling waste materials, these sustainable materials can also be recycled. In the future, we will work on creating a system for collection and recycling. Benefits of Upcycling: 1. Reduces waste 2. Utilizes materials 3. Reduces petroleum plastics By replacing petroleum components with biomass materials, we have achieved a reduction of over 70% in petroleum components (compared to the same weight of plastic, calculated by specific gravity). We have achieved a high biomass content of 73.3% with standard specifications. Stable, high-quality injection molding is also possible. 85% of the volume is wood powder, and we have achieved over 73.3% biomass (plant-derived) content by specific gravity. We have also obtained official biomass 70 certification. Efforts to reduce costs: Unfortunately, compared to petroleum plastics that are produced and consumed in large quantities, the current manufacturing costs are very high. There are opinions that continuing to use resources dependent on overseas supply offers better cost performance.
