It can be considered a clever combination of the Aqua Soil method, which has been developed over approximately half a century, and the core material of Hida-produced cypress. Furthermore, the permeability of this method, which connects to the ground through Aqua Soil, is high, allowing for effects equivalent to installing large rainwater infiltration basins. Plants such as Zoysia grass, Korean grass, Tifton, and European grass can be freely selected based on their intended use. We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. Utilizing the natural slope of the site, we created a water drainage slope in the longitudinal direction. On the backside, we also secured a flat parking area. Time-limited mixed-use parking lot! The rooftop exterior lights use LED lighting for energy conservation.

We would like to introduce a case study of the self-driving multi-story parking lot, Yuuken Park. This multi-story parking lot was developed to accommodate the concentrated influx of vehicles from health check-up visitors, and it is designed for hourly rental use. To ensure pedestrian safety, a barrier gate has been installed next to the payment machine at the entrance on the first floor. The parking lot features a skip design that makes it easy for anyone to park, and part of the exterior wall has been greened.
