Special Coating with Plating Effect BL Silver Coat RT: Application Method Explanation

Achieving a chrome-plated finish at room to low temperatures (up to 80°C)!! Specializing in resin-based and plastic substrates. Introducing the method of application!!

In this video, we will introduce the application method for [BL Silver Coat RT]. It is a new mirror-finish coating system utilizing unique nanotechnology. It can be applied using standard painting equipment and can be completed at room temperature. In the case of forced drying, the low-temperature processing: the curing temperature can be up to 80°C. This is the latest chrome-like silver coating system that is optimal for resin-based materials and plastic products. BL Silver Coat RT is a completely new process that enables the surface of the substrate to be mirrored with nano-sized silver particles in a short time, resulting in a silver chrome-like coating treatment system. Thanks to our uniquely developed nanotechnology, we have succeeded in condensing silver nanoparticles at low temperatures. This forms a silver film that is brighter and more stable compared to traditional silver films created by the silver mirror reaction. It is a special paint that allows for the nanoparticleization of 'silver' itself (1 nanometer = 0.000000001 meters / one billionth of a meter), enabling the formation of a silver film made from extremely fine silver particles. As a result, the painted surface achieves a mirror finish, coming as close as possible to a real 'mirror'. This cutting-edge special paint allows for surface treatment equivalent to plating using conventional painting methods.
