We would like to introduce a case of on-site packing work conducted at an exhibition venue in Tokyo. We focused on how to efficiently design and carry out the work within limited space and time. For the movable parts and very fine details of the models to be packed, we processed cushioning materials on-site on the day of the work and carried out the packing. We also held close discussions with the removal contractors at the exhibition venue to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, to minimize stress on the products during transportation from the exhibition venue, we consistently carried out the wooden box packing work on-site and conducted the transportation operations.
