Additionally, it is registered in the environmental technology database of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and is utilized in developing countries as an excellent technology originating from Japan. Furthermore, it has been approved as an "innovative energy-saving material" under the management innovation plan of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency. It can reduce electricity costs related to air conditioning, demonstrating a significant effect as a countermeasure against power company price increases. Installation is simply done by attaching it to the air conditioner's intake section, so it does not constitute a modification and does not hinder manufacturer maintenance. [Looking for joint development partners] This is wood utilizing oil palm trunks (OPT), which have a cost that is half that of solid cedar wood.

Palmholtz Co., Ltd. is a company that holds many new technologies and patents for transforming oil palm trunks (Oil Palm Trunk = OPT), which have been treated as unused resources due to their lack of strength and value as building materials, into wood-based products. This technology was originally developed as a densification technique aimed at the utilization of cedar, which was widely planted in Japan after World War II and faced issues due to the lack of post-harvest utilization. By compressing cedar, which could not be used for flooring due to strength issues such as wear resistance, we were able to double or triple its wear resistance strength, making it possible to use it for flooring. This technology was researched and developed by our predecessor company, Mywood Two Co., Ltd., which obtained the patent. We will convey the manufacturing know-how necessary for processing wood-based products in Malaysia, which has the second-largest area of oil palm plantations in the world and was once an exporter of natural timber, and support the commercialization of transforming the unused resource of OPT into a valuable resource. Additionally, we will conduct matching services with companies that wish to handle wood-based products and exterior products manufactured in Malaysia as materials for building materials and furniture.
