The new material "Cosmo Super Gel" combines excellent flexibility and durability.

From material (pellet) sales to mold and molding, we accept orders! Thermoplastic resin compatible with Asker hardness C00 to C30 degrees.

The definition of a gel is a material that is as close to a liquid as possible while being able to maintain its shape after molding; this is called a gel. "Cosmo Super Gel" originated from the research process of sealing technology in leak test studies and consists of linear polymers made up of hydrocarbons that are intricately intertwined. Linear polymers are those where a single molecule is long and thread-like in a consistent direction, and when many of these gather and intertwine complexly, a gel that is highly flexible and excellent in elasticity is formed. 【Features】 ■ Being thermoplastic, it can be molded into various shapes ■ Various hardness levels can be achieved from low to high hardness ■ High transparency ■ Coloring of the gel can be done freely ■ Can contain different materials to impart specific properties to the gel ■ Safe materials considering human health - Obtained Food Sanitation Packaging Container Standard, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare No. 370 - Obtained Skin Irritation Test Standard, Federal Register (1972) - Obtained Acute Toxicity Test Standard, LD50 - No substances regulated by RoHS2.0 contained - No substances regulated by chemSHERPA contained *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
