A must-see for those considering in-house production! Textile automatic sample weaving machine "Orika".

This is a small-width test weaving machine that allows for the creation of industry-essential mass samples and sample weaves at a low cost.

"Orika" is a trial weaving machine that can visualize and realize ideas as you wish. It is capable of weaving textile samples, providing a free production environment and an efficient workflow. The product comes standard with OrikaTex (dedicated control software) installed. It can control electronic motor management for the loom's feeding device and winding device, as well as manage rapier control, opening of the shed, changes in weft density, and variations in yarn types. [Features] ■ The loom can be controlled with a Windows PC, allowing for various trial weaving tests. ■ It enables trial weaving with a small amount of raw materials in a compact space, making it possible to internalize physical property evaluation tests. ■ It is ideal for weaving mass samples and sample bolts. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Attention Development Researchers] Narrow Textile Auto Sample Weaving Machine 'Orika'

Multiple reel windings can be made from a single opened carbon fiber bobbin at any length and speed.

"Orika" is a small-width trial weaving machine that newly adds carbon fiber specifications to its lineup, allowing for the creation of carbon fiber woven fabric ideas as desired. It incorporates various innovations that enable the weaving of flat yarns. On the hardware side, it is equipped with a weft feeding device, cutter, and weft holding gripper. By using a dedicated supply device and a dedicated rewinding machine, it is possible to weave with a small amount of raw material (raw yarn). It can weave beautifully without worrying about the challenges of "twisting and twisting" that come with flat yarn weaving. On the software side, the weaving machine can be controlled using Windows OS. Simple operations allow for changes in weaving patterns (structure and pattern diagrams) and weft density. It is suitable for the development of woven fabrics, raw yarns, physical property evaluation, and research and development of high-strength fiber woven fabrics. 【Features】 ■ The weaving machine can be controlled with a Windows PC, enabling various trial weaving tests. ■ It is possible to trial weave high-strength fiber fabrics such as carbon fibers. ■ Trial weaving can be done with a small amount of raw material in a space-saving manner, allowing for internalization of physical property evaluation tests. ■ It is possible to trial weave fabrics without the issues of "twisting and twisting" that are challenges in weaving high-strength fibers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-function, high-quality narrow-width fibers created by artisans using needle looms!

Leveraging technology that has produced numerous patented products, we challenge the production of complex structures, from general narrow-width materials to high-performance fibers such as wearable technology!

"What is a needle loom?" A needle loom is a machine that weaves by threading the weft yarn through a metal component called a needle, moving the opening of the warp yarn, which is divided up and down by a heddle, horizontally. The weft yarn is then caught by a knitting needle called a beater and returned to its original position. This process is repeated to create the fabric. It can weave at a higher speed than a shuttle loom, and by increasing the number of needles (such as double carry or triple carry), it is possible to produce narrow-width textile fabrics that cannot be woven with a single carry.
