The lock won't pop out! 'Sandbox #36-3, 3B Lid-2'

When locked, the lock does not protrude beyond the external dimensions of the lid, allowing for safe handling.

Until now, there has been no lid with a Sunlock for the Sambox #36-3 series. We have now added a lid equipped with the Sunlock Type 13 to our lineup. The Sunlock Type 13 is rotary and offers good operability, ensuring that the lid does not come off due to wind or vibrations. Since the lock does not protrude from the outer dimensions of the lid when locked, it is less likely to be damaged by collisions with adjacent containers. Additionally, there is no risk of the lock getting caught, which improves usability during tasks such as pallet stacking. <Other Features> - A notch for banding is provided in the center of the short side (this notch is flush with the top surface of the lid). - The lid can be stacked on its own. *It is also available for sale without a lock. We would like to introduce our "permeable decorative cover." A permeable decorative cover is a product used as an alternative to drainage covers commonly seen in sidewalk gutters. Traditionally, these covers often became clogged with debris and fallen leaves entering through gaps, whereas our product allows only water to pass through while blocking debris. Additionally, in places requiring hygiene management, such as food factories, or in public facilities like parks where mosquitoes are likely to breed, mosquitoes can enter through the holes in concrete covers and lay their eggs, leading to repeated breeding from May to October. Installing a permeable decorative cover addresses these issues. We are currently in the process of applying for a patent for this new product.
