Explosion-proof measures: Load retention without power! Inline reducer, winch, jack.

Self-locking winches, rack jacks, and reducers require no brakes. Ideal for work in locations without power! Lightweight and compact with multiple applications!

We have developed numerous applied products featuring a unique load-holding function with a deceleration mechanism (shoji-lock), which have been well received by our customers. <Features of shoji-lock products> - When rotation is applied from the input side, the output side decelerates and transmits power, but rotation is not possible from the output side = self-locking function. This means that no brake is needed, and the load can be held at the desired position. - Compared to worm gear reducers with the same self-locking function, it is highly efficient. Additionally, while the worm has input and output axes that are orthogonal, our design has the input and output shafts aligned in a straight line (in-line), making it considerably more compact and space-saving, as well as lightweight. - Unlike ratchets or one-way clutches, it can hold the load at any position when motion is stopped, regardless of the direction of rotation. Furthermore, there is no ratchet noise, making it suitable for use in quiet environments. - It has a basic sealed structure (IP65) and is maintenance-free. - We offer a variety of applied products, including gear reducers that utilize this self-locking mechanism, winches, and linear actuators (rack jacks). - Stainless steel versions are also available for each model, suitable for cleanroom applications. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Lightweight operation compared to screws for load retention! Compact rack jack for logistics applications.

No need for brake stoppers! Self-locks at the stopped position during work elevation! Lighter operability than screw types, faster lifting speed! Additionally, it allows for space-saving!

This is a compact and lightweight rack-type jack (linear actuator) equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It holds the load in place while raising or lowering the workpiece. Furthermore, it can be restarted from any position without releasing the brake, whether in the upward or downward direction. Additionally, its lightweight and compact design allows for space-saving, making it widely adopted and well-received in various fields. Unlike conventional screw jacks, the rack type offers overwhelmingly faster ascent and descent speeds, characterized by its high efficiency and ease of operation. In addition to the manual-only (SLM series) models, there are also electric models (SLE series) that can be driven by power tools such as drill drivers. The surface comes standard with a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. It can be widely used for disaster response, explosion prevention, energy-saving measures, and defense or military applications. It is also suitable for universities, research institutes, and testing facilities. As shown in the photos and videos, when mounted on a lab jack or table lifter, it can hold its position with a load applied, and by turning the handle again, it resumes lifting or lowering without any motion delay. It is compatible with commercially available round rack rods (manufactured by KHK). (Rack rods are not included.)

Comparison of Aluminum Gear Support and Hydraulic Support

Easily extendable with an electric screwdriver or wrench! Safe to use even for nighttime or emergency repairs.

The "Aluminum Gear-Type Support (Super SS Jack)" is a jack used for earth retention work that can be easily extended and contracted with an electric screwdriver or wrench, suitable for gas pipe installation and water supply and drainage construction. Unlike hydraulic jacks, it does not stop work on site due to water leaks, pump failures, or freezing. It can be safely used during night work, emergency work, and in cold regions. Additionally, it excels in safety, workability, and maintenance. 【Safety Comparison】 ■ Aluminum Gear-Type Support (Super SS Jack) - Can be installed and removed from the ground using a dedicated work rod - The gear and screw-type extension structure eliminates the risk of contraction ■ Hydraulic Support - Requires connection to a hydraulic pump, making it impossible to install or remove from the ground - There is a risk of contraction due to water leaks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
