[Construction Example] LED Conversion of Lighting in Short Stay Facility
Electricity costs about 1/3 of conventional fluorescent lights! With a long lifespan of approximately 40,000 hours, it is theoretically unnecessary to replace them for about 13 years.
Here is a case study of the installation of LED lighting in a short-stay facility. We received a request to convert the lighting to LED at a facility located in Niigata City. This facility has 11 guest rooms, as well as an office, staff room, and dining area, which required adjustments to brightness according to the location. Therefore, we chose natural color LEDs for the common areas and office, while warm-colored LEDs were selected for the guest rooms. Due to their longer lifespan compared to fluorescent lights, this facility will not need to replace them for approximately 13 years, according to calculations. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Electricity costs will be about one-third of those with conventional fluorescent lights ■ Longer lifespan than fluorescent lights (approximately 40,000 hours) ■ Unlike fluorescent lights, they do not attract insects *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
