Water-based heat seal adhesive is an adhesive that disperses resin in water using a unique post-emulsification technology (water dispersion of hot melt adhesive resin). By coating and drying it on the material surface, heat-activated adhesion can be achieved in subsequent processes. It can be applied using gravure printing machines, dry laminating machines, etc., and due to its higher concentration (non-volatile content) compared to organic solvent-based adhesives, it can accommodate coating thicknesses of 10μm (wet) depending on the material. We offer various grades compatible with materials such as paper, aluminum, treated PP, PVC, PE, and PET.
