We manufactured and delivered the entrance gate for the rental housing. The dimensions are approximately W8,720×H2,825mm (roof size), and the installation time was about 4 hours. Only the column part extended from the roof on the right side was manufactured in sections, and the connection work was done on-site. After the structure was installed, finishing work was carried out by the contractor, and the gate was completed. After the structure was installed, finishing work was carried out by the contractor, completing the entrance gate. We would like to introduce a case where a gate that integrates a standard door and a shutter gate was manufactured and delivered by FIT GATE. Due to the large structure, it was manufactured in segments and delivered using two 4-ton unic trucks. Downlights provided by the client were installed on the protruding part of the shutter gate beam and the standard door. We would like to introduce a case where a passage gate and shutter gate were manufactured and delivered at FIT GATE. The passage gate and shutter gate were designed to fit within the eaves height of the residence and were manufactured and delivered as a single unit. Here is a case study of three shutter gates connected in a row at a residential development in Aichi Prefecture. The gates were manufactured in sections, and the assembly work was carried out on-site. By varying the finishing work, we achieved a sense of unity while creating gates that each have a distinct impression. Additionally, although the design of the two gates side by side is the same, by introducing variations in the exterior design, the left gate has an elegant appearance, while the right gate features a sharp design.
