The wood grain pattern of the shutter is combined to create a large gate that finishes with a bright appearance without being intimidating!

We manufactured and delivered a large gate that integrates two shutter gates and a service door in three sections. On the same day, we delivered and performed the connection work on-site. The ceiling of the service door is covered with natural wood from the Hinoki family (Cypress) over a waterproof base, and the supplied downlights have been installed. Although it is a large gate, the installation was completed in one day. Additionally, the downlights attached to the delivery box and the eaves of the shutter gate were installed in the factory before shipping. This is a case study of a gate that integrates a shutter gate and a side gate, manufactured and delivered to a private residence in a certain location in Mie Prefecture. The installation was carried out on the same day using two 4-ton unic trucks. The shutter gate has a wide depth, and downlights provided by the client are installed on the property side. The side gate features wooden siding on the ceiling and decorative corner lattice on the roof, with downlights and a delivery box provided by the client installed at the factory before shipment. Due to the large effective opening height of the shutter gate, it was manufactured by splitting the columns and beams, assembled on-site, and connected to the passage gate. We would like to introduce a case where a shutter gate was manufactured and delivered as a single unit to a private residence in Aichi Prefecture. This time, it was a shutter case exposed type structure, and the shutter installation was arranged by the construction company. After the structure was installed, finishing work was carried out by the construction company, and it was completed. Due to the large effective opening height of the shutter, the columns and beams were manufactured in segments, and assembly work was carried out on-site. The shutter was installed on a different day after the main structure was set up.
