[KG ZAICO Introduction Case] Mitsubishi Motors Corporation
Bulk registration of incoming data significantly improved operational efficiency! Here is a case study where labor costs were also reduced.
We would like to introduce a case study of the easy-to-use cloud inventory management app "KG ZAICO," which was implemented at Mitsubishi Motors Corporation's main factory, Mizushima Plant. Tools such as drills and chips used in the factory were stored in the tool room and managed with a self-developed Access-based system. However, maintaining and managing this system became difficult, prompting a consideration for transitioning to a new inventory management system. After implementation, the personalization of inventory management tasks was eliminated, allowing operations to proceed smoothly even in the absence of the responsible personnel. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Background of Implementation - Managed with a self-developed Access-based system, but maintenance and management became difficult, leading to consideration of a new inventory management system. ■ Reasons for Selection - High usability and reasonable pricing. - Evaluated for being very user-friendly and for preventing operational mistakes. - All older field workers were able to use it after just one explanation. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
