We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured and delivered a FIT GATE that integrates a pedestrian gate and a shutter gate at a private residence in a certain location in Kyoto Prefecture. Due to the size of the large gate, it was manufactured in two parts: the pedestrian gate and the shutter gate, and assembly work was carried out on-site. The columns of the pedestrian gate are designed to be the same height as the shutter gate, creating a design that appears to penetrate through the roof. The wood-like siding of the eaves and the supplied downlights were installed in the factory before shipment. [About the Design] There are no fixed sizes or shapes for FIT GATE. We can create large gates that integrate a passage gate and a shutter gate, as well as gates tailored to the shape of the site. It is also possible to incorporate uneven surfaces, slit processing, curves, and embedded decorative items. [About Installation] The gate is completed up to the waterproof base in the factory and shipped directly to the site, where finishing work is done on the same day. For large gates, they are manufactured in sections and assembled on-site. Installation takes a few hours to about a day to complete. After the frame is installed, the contractor will finish the wall materials and electrical work, completing the gate. In the side walls of the general access gate, some space was left open, and recessed processing was applied to reduce the sense of pressure typical of large gates.
