The "SKU50" is a stainless steel framed sliding door that is highly decorative and excellent in weather resistance. By combining the door panel and side fixed panels, it can be used as an entrance to a building, making it convenient when you want to have large windows. The frame has a small visible dimension, giving it a clean appearance, and since it consists only of a stainless steel frame and panel, it is very lightweight. The stainless steel material used is SUS304, which has excellent weather resistance, and the standard finish is a hairline that matches any scene. For safety measures, various protective fences for automatic doors are available as options. Typically, glass work is separate, but at Sanwise, we can also undertake glass work, accommodating custom orders in 1mm increments for WH dimensions, frame projection dimensions, and frame widths.

It is an ultra-lightweight steel sliding door that can be used for various purposes, from pedestrian access to large doors for heavy machinery. The frame of the opening can be selected from aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, all of which feature a rubber seal that closes the gap between the door and the frame. The opening and closing methods include manual, self-closing, and automatic options. Additionally, it is possible to have the rail cover as a sanitary cover (sloped cover) as an option. The guide blocks are stored inside the door at two locations, at the leading edge and the trailing edge, for each set.

The biggest feature of the ultra-lightweight steel flush door "DSR40" is that it is incredibly light. The thickness of the steel plate used for the door itself is 0.4mm, which is about 1/4 of a typical steel door and half the weight compared to a standard lightweight steel door. The frame is made of aluminum extrusions, and strength is maintained with honeycomb material and insulation. The outer frame is made of approximately 1.6mm thick bent steel plate, allowing it to be installed in various wall types. Surrounding the door is a silver aluminum edge, providing a metallic accent. This ultra-lightweight steel flush door is utility-friendly for general construction walls, accommodating various options such as windows, grilles, Gremlin handles, and auto bottoms. *Note: It does not qualify as a specific fire protection facility or fire protection equipment. For fire protection equipment for lightweight steel doors, please refer to "DSST-A" or "DSST-R." Manufactured by a cleanroom door manufacturer with high dimensional accuracy, all doors are custom-made to 1mm increments.

You can freely select the shape of the outer frame, projected dimensions, and the presence or absence of airtight packing, and there are specifications available for exterior wall surfaces. The finish includes rust-proof paint, and as an option, we can also provide powder coating in our standard color (white-gray) or specified color baked paint using solvent-based paint. In the case of baked paint, it is also possible to install the glass at the factory before shipping. In addition to welding the frame to the wall with anchors, it can also be secured with screws*3. In that case, we will process countersunk holes for the screws before shipping. *1 Specific fire prevention equipment can only be applicable when there are no windows. *2 Fire prevention equipment can only be applicable when using wired glass. *3 Depending on the size and total weight of the door, it may not be possible to accommodate this. The interior of the door is a lightweight steel sliding door that uses an aluminum frame with honeycomb material and foam insulation. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from human entry to the transport of large machinery. The interior consists of a lightweight steel sliding door made of an aluminum frame, honeycomb material, and styrene foam, with a surface material made of thin steel plates ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm, allowing for easier opening and closing compared to standard steel sliding doors. There are three types of opening and closing mechanisms available: manual, self-closing, and automatic. The rail cover can also be optionally equipped with a sanitary cover (sloped cover). The guide block is stored inside, and the opening is sealed with a rubber seal to enhance airtightness. In addition to being shipped with rust-proof paint, it can also be shipped with baked-on paint in specified colors.
