"CyClean" is a non-contact web cleaning system that utilizes advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to extract and remove foreign particles smaller than 1 micron. The dual-sided non-contact cleaning head provides excellent foreign particle removal capabilities while minimizing the risk of reattachment of foreign particles to the web. A powerful airflow is generated on each side of the web to remove the boundary layer and foreign particles from the web surface.
