We are, of course, using it as packaging material, but we are also challenging ourselves to apply it in new fields.
"Cardboard" was invented in the 19th century in England, initially used inside silk hats. It later became used as packaging material in America. Adachi Paper Container Co., Ltd. has been involved with cardboard since 1951 and is currently challenging new applications beyond its use as packaging material.
