High Efficiency Regenerative Radiant Tube Burner [RTR Gas Burner]

Tube thermal efficiency of over 80%! The burner features a two-unit set with a switchable heat storage combustion method, enabling compact and high-load indirect heating.

A regenerative burner with an indirect heating method that enables tube efficiency of over 80% (based on exhaust loss). The heat storage medium built into the burner uses a low-pressure loss ceramic porous body. The regenerative system typically alternates between a pair of integrated burners (regenerative burners) every few seconds. When one burner is combusting, its exhaust is discharged through the heat storage medium of the other burner, and when that burner combusts next, the combustion air is preheated by the heat storage medium to recover exhaust heat. The EIRS burner is a nozzle mix type gas burner that produces a high-brightness flat flame. The swirling flat frame prevents the flame from contacting the molten aluminum, allowing the surface of the molten metal to be gently maintained, which suppresses the generation of oxides.
