Environmentally friendly and consumer stress relief: a bottle that reduces leftover liquid!
When using pump-type bottles for shampoo and body soap, we aimed to alleviate the little stresses of "I can't use it all the way to the end!" and "It's stuck even though there's still some left!" by shaping the bottom of the bottle into a mortar shape based on machining, adjustment, and molding operation techniques. Since it is molded as a single part, it has the following benefits: - Monomaterial = no need for waste separation - One-piece integrated molding reduces heat emission during molding - Reduction in the amount of water used to dispose of residual liquid into the sewage system or to rinse the inside of the container This product is also considerate of SDGs.
