It is highly resistant to corrosion, seawater, and heat, and does not suffer from corrosion degradation or deformation even at high temperatures!

◎What is Aluminaize α treatment… It is a processing method that involves performing low-temperature thermal diffusion treatment on the aluminum layer on the surface, allowing the aluminum layer to interdiffuse with the base material to form an alloy layer (Fe-Al intermetallic compound). ◎Why does it not seize… When the surface of the screw or the mating material reaches high temperatures, oxidation occurs, resulting in the formation of scale over 6μ. When removing the bolt, the generated scale accumulates (sticks) in the clearance between the female and male threads, causing seizing or galling.
