We are particular about our machinery to accommodate a wide range of bag sizes. *Free samples available.

We would like to introduce a case of bag manufacturing for a larger-sized bag that was ordered. The customer's request was, "I would like an OPP bag to hold a product with a height of 700mm and a width of 400mm. It is a larger size; is it possible to order?" We confirmed that we could manufacture the bag and discussed the bag size, leading to the order. The sizes we often receive orders for are typically up to a height of 650mm and a width of 500mm, but we have equipped ourselves to handle bag manufacturing for sizes larger than that. The maximum size we can accommodate is a height of 900mm and a width of 650mm. *Please note that there may be variations depending on the type of bag, so for details, please contact us. Additionally, since this order involved a relatively large-sized product, we decided to use a laminated film made of OPP and CPP films. While the regular OPP film has overall strength, it tends to be prone to tearing at the sides. Our company specializes in custom orders and is flexible in providing bags that meet our customers' needs.

We addressed the weaknesses of the laminate processing by reinforcing the sides with seal support.

The lamination process involves bonding OPP film and CPP film together. It is common to use OPP film, which has good ink adhesion and high moisture resistance on the outside, and CPP film, which has high heat sealability and abrasion resistance on the inside. This time, the customer requested OPCP laminated bags. However, we heard that when they previously had bags made, the seal strength was weak, and the sides of the bag's opening were very prone to tearing. The reason for this is that during the lamination process, the tension applied by the machine when bonding the films and the way the adhesive adheres can create slight differences in adhesion at different locations. As a result, when the film is placed on the bag-making machine, the edges can open up, leading to issues with proper sealing on the sides. To address this problem, we utilized a "reinforcement seal." When applying the reinforcement seal, we took care to: - Ensure that the temperature is not too high to avoid deforming the bag. - Minimize any residual marks from the reinforcement on the bag. To consider these two points, we made sure to manage the temperature during the process. The issue was successfully resolved, and the customer was satisfied!

We proposed a bag that does not lower the product value by creatively adjusting the position of the handle.

When manufacturing OPP bags, gussets are added to accommodate thicker products. Typically, gussets are added to the bottom of the bag, but in this case, we will introduce an example where the gusset is placed at the top. The customer's requests were as follows: 1. Make it easier to insert angular, thick products. 2. Showcase the thickness of the product effectively. 3. Improve the fit between the product and the bag, enhance the first impression, and increase the product's value. To fulfill these requests, we added a gusset at the top, which gives the bag a three-dimensional feel and allows for accommodating angular, thick items while maintaining the shape of the product. With this approach, we were able to propose a bag that meets the customer's requirements. Bags like this can also be used for clothing, ensuring that the clothes fit snugly in the bag while maintaining a beautiful three-dimensional appearance even when inserted.
