We would like to introduce a case of bag manufacturing for a larger-sized bag that was ordered. The customer's request was, "I would like an OPP bag to hold a product with a height of 700mm and a width of 400mm. It is a larger size; is it possible to order?" We confirmed that we could manufacture the bag and discussed the bag size, leading to the order. The sizes we often receive orders for are typically up to a height of 650mm and a width of 500mm, but we have equipped ourselves to handle bag manufacturing for sizes larger than that. The maximum size we can accommodate is a height of 900mm and a width of 650mm. *Please note that there may be variations depending on the type of bag, so for details, please contact us. Additionally, since this order involved a relatively large-sized product, we decided to use a laminated film made of OPP and CPP films. While the regular OPP film has overall strength, it tends to be prone to tearing at the sides. The cost for the base material is a flat rate of 30,000 yen (excluding tax), and the processing fee is a flat rate of 15,000 yen (excluding tax). This includes a maximum of three size change services and a proposal service for bags that fit the products to be placed inside. If you place a formal order after using the paid sample service, there will generally be no charge for the base material. *Please note that additional charges for the base material may apply depending on the order quantity. *If printing or lamination is required, additional fees will apply. *The storage period for the base material is one year. When manufacturing bags, we sometimes add crease lines to the sealing area, and today we would like to introduce bags with crease lines. We received a request from a customer who said, "I want to make sure the sealing area is folded neatly when folding it twice." Typically, the sealing area is folded once (Photo A). However, there are cases where, as per the customer's request, the sealing area is folded twice (Photo B). Without crease lines, there are several issues: - Different people may fold at different positions. - It can be difficult to fold straight, resulting in a diagonal fold. - It takes time to fold. - It may not align well with the glue position. With crease lines, the folding position is determined, making it easier to fold, and ensuring that the second fold aligns perfectly with the glue position. This also helps reduce the effort required for the task and shortens the time needed, leading to improved work efficiency.
