The "SUS Series" is a liquid flow meter designed to detect the regularly occurring Kármán vortices downstream of a vortex generation column placed in a flow using a non-contact ultrasonic sensor. It accurately detects vortex signals using ultrasound and provides on-site display of cumulative flow and instantaneous flow, as well as 4-20mA analog output and pulse output. The "PEEK Resin Series" is a liquid flow meter specifically designed to detect vortices using ultrasonic technology. The wetted parts are made using integrated molding with PEEK resin, and due to its completely pocketless structure, it is suitable for measuring ultra-pure water and chemicals. Since PEEK resin does not use fillers, there is no leaching of metal ions, allowing for the measurement of ultra-pure water and all non-conductive fluids. The "PFA Resin Series" is a liquid flow meter designed to detect the regularly occurring Kármán vortices downstream of a vortex-generating column placed in a flow using a non-contact ultrasonic sensor. This series features a contact part that is integrally molded from highly corrosion-resistant PFA resin, eliminating seal and pocket areas except for the piping connection, making it suitable for measuring chemicals, corrosive liquids, and ultra-pure water. It is lightweight due to its resin construction, allowing for direct installation on resin pipes such as ultra-pure water lines.
