The PEEK Vessel PV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container for PEEK that can be used for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. The container has a thermal limit temperature of 250°C and can be used for tests up to 7.83 MPa. Standard capacities are available in four types: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. The reactions within the PEEK inner vessel are particularly suitable for fluids such as alkaline solutions and hot water vapor. The vessel material can also be made from PTFE or corrosion-resistant alloys, and parts other than the inner container are compatible. It is lightweight and compact, making it easy to handle. It can be used for numerous comparative tests in small quantities using oven heating or oil baths, etc. ■ Inner container materials: PEEK, PTFE, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702).
