The "URKM Series" is a circular saw cutting machine that precisely cuts aluminum plates. In addition to its powerful performance and efficient dust collection, the cutting conditions minimize cutting heat, reducing overcutting and enhancing machining accuracy. The optimal saw blade for cutting thick aluminum plates has been selected, enabling a reduction in cutting time. Reference cutting speed for A5052 with a thickness of 70mm: F = 2500mm/min. With two cutting modes—single-position cutting (ABS) and single automatic feed (INC)—efficient cutting operations can be performed. Additionally, it features an easy-to-read and simple-to-operate LCD touch panel control system. 【Features】 ■ The box motion (tool retraction after tool descent) allows the clamp to open after the tool descends, reducing the waiting time for the operator. ■ With workpiece floating ball bearings, a 1-ton aluminum plate can be moved freely in 360° with just 30kgf of force. ■ The workpiece is secured with clamps on both sides of the tool, ensuring safe and stable cutting without vibration. ■ The telescopic circular saw cover follows the saw blade, efficiently sucking up chips. ■ The back gauge achieves precise dimensional accuracy with measurements in 0.01mm increments.
