Thermal paper for POS registers
Receipt paper thermal paper
It is mainly used for receipts at convenience stores, mass retailers, department stores, and retail stores. There is also a lineup of colored thermal paper with colored surfaces. ▼ About Normal and High Preservation Grades Thermal paper differs from regular paper in that it has a special chemical coating on its surface. The chemicals coated on the surface of the paper undergo a melting reaction and develop color when heat is applied by a thermal printer. This chemical reaction can fade the colored areas over time or when in contact with chemicals such as alcohol and oil. The high preservation grade is designed to suppress deterioration from external factors, making the printed text less likely to fade.
