RLR Patlite has adopted a long-life brushless DC motor, achieving a motor lifespan approximately five times that of conventional rotating lights. With a gear mechanism that uses bearings, there are no issues with rotation failure, and since it uses an LED light source, there is no worry about light source burnout, significantly reducing maintenance such as bulb or motor replacement. Additionally, it features an all-plastic body made from polycarbonate resin, which is resistant to rust, has excellent shock resistance, and is heat resistant. It is energy-efficient, long-lasting, and highly durable, taking the environment into consideration.
It employs newly developed anti-vibration rubber feet that are strong against vibrations, ensuring stable operation even under 11.2G of vibration. Furthermore, it has high-power LED light sources placed at two points on the top and bottom, and with a newly developed reflector that brightly reflects each light over a wide area, the illumination range of the LED light source has been greatly expanded. It has a dustproof and waterproof structure (protection rating IP66), preventing water ingress from any direction of violent splashes.
