We monitor the risk of condensation, which can cause rust on steel materials, corrosion on aluminum materials, and unevenness in paint. By calculating the dew point temperature from the ambient temperature and humidity, and monitoring the difference between this dew point and the surface temperature of the monitored objects (such as products, walls, ceilings, and floors), we assess the risk of condensation. Notifications are sent via indicator lights, buzzers, email, LINE WORKS, and phone calls (automated voice) according to the risk level (caution / countermeasures / alarm), prompting quick responses such as ventilation or moving stored items.
