We would like to introduce a case study on the development of the childcare business support system "HoiCa." It is true that traditional systems, while multifunctional in areas such as shift management and accounting, often come with high usage fees, making it difficult for many facilities to implement them due to budget constraints. Therefore, we conducted interviews with childcare workers and arrived at a product that includes only the truly necessary functions. On December 2, 2019, we began product implementation verification at Tsuki Nursery School.
