A certain IT equipment maintenance company was facing challenges in managing engineers' schedules using Excel sheets for each department. As a result, they chose 'BI21' because "the current assignment Excel format can be used as is, eliminating the need for re-creation." After implementation, it became possible to check the availability of engineers in the desired department using our product (browser). We received feedback such as 'It has become easier to manage attendance records with data, making administrative tasks easier.'

We would like to introduce a case study on the development of the childcare business support system "HoiCa." It is true that traditional systems, while multifunctional in areas such as shift management and accounting, often come with high usage fees, making it difficult for many facilities to implement them due to budget constraints. Therefore, we conducted interviews with childcare workers and arrived at a product that includes only the truly necessary functions. On December 2, 2019, we began product implementation verification at Tsuki Nursery School. In a survey conducted two weeks after the start, we received feedback such as "The attendance register can now be managed digitally, making administrative tasks easier."
