Disinfection measures: Example of installation of "ultrasonic spray device" (a certain strawberry house in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture)
In a certain strawberry house in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, we used an ultrasonic spraying device (20 L/hour) to spray disinfectant water and checked the spraying conditions.
The spraying device used was one that sprays 20 liters per hour, with a recommended application space of 600 m³. In contrast, the space of the strawberry house was 20 m × 50 m × 2 m = 2000 m³, which is quite large at 1000 m² × 2 m = 2000 m³, making it impossible to distribute the spray evenly throughout the entire house. The challenge became whether to increase the number of spraying devices to two.
