[Development Case] Robot Delivery System

2023 Good Design Award Winner! A case of developing the entire system in-house.

We would like to introduce a case study of a robot delivery system developed for apartments in collaboration with Fulltime System Co., Ltd., a maker of delivery lockers. The system includes a "pallet robot" that can automatically retrieve packages from the delivery box, a "transport robot" that receives packages from the pallet robot and can deliver them in front of residences, and a "elevator linkage device" that enables integration with elevators, all managed and controlled by a central control system designed and developed in-house. This solution has received the "2023 Good Design Award." 【Flow of the Robot Delivery System】 ■ Reducing locker occupancy rates increases delivery efficiency and improves logistics provider efficiency. ■ The pallet robot automatically retrieves packages from the locker and loads them onto the delivery robot. ■ Through elevator integration, the robot can automatically call the elevator. ■ Package receipt can be done in two ways: direct receipt and drop-off delivery. ■ In conjunction with the intercom, it allows for checking the presence of packages and issuing delivery instructions to the robot. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Robot Implementation Case] Assembly Process of Spray Guns for Painting

Reproducing movements close to those of the human hand! A case study of introducing robots into processes that involve complete manual work by skilled operators.

The painting hand spray gun assembly process at Meiji Machinery Manufacturing Co., which introduced robots this time, was previously a completely manual process performed by skilled workers. Since the main body of the spray gun is made of aluminum die-cast, the precision of hole positions and other aspects was low, requiring a lot of manual adjustments during assembly, leading to variations in quality and work time, low productivity, and the long-standing challenge of securing skilled workers. Underground drainage robot system "Kaiser-kun"

"Kaiser-kun" is a buried channel shellfish collection robot system that retrieves purple sea urchins and other materials accumulated in seawater intake channels of power plants while navigating underwater.
