Introducing a case study of a rice milling plant that has improved operational efficiency, expanding sales channels through a commitment to farming methods and rice milling PR!
We would like to introduce a case study of Company A, which is widely engaged in the rice business in Yamagata Prefecture, that has implemented a 10-horsepower rice milling plant, including an air conveyance system.
Previously, they used a 5-horsepower stone removal rice milling machine made by Taiwa and were satisfied with the low rise in temperature. However, anticipating an increase in future orders, they decided to introduce a 10-horsepower system capable of milling a wide range from "1-buzuki" to "washed rice" with zero leftover rice, which has improved work efficiency.
Additionally, due to previous issues with belt debris contaminating products caused by the deterioration of the elevator, they also introduced air conveyance to prevent future foreign matter contamination.
Currently, their rice milling volume is about 2 tons per day, but it is expected to increase without a doubt in the future.
