[Case Study] Biomass Power Plant

It is possible to remove hydrogen sulfide without adsorbing the target gas! A case study of our Corline implementation.

We would like to introduce a case where our product "Coraline" was adopted at a biomass power plant. The initial need was to introduce a device for measuring the concentration of specific gases contained in biogas. However, since the presence of hydrogen sulfide can lead to malfunctions of the measuring device, they inquired about the removal of hydrogen sulfide from us. Our product was adopted because, unlike activated carbon, it does not adsorb the target gas and can primarily remove hydrogen sulfide. It is currently being used smoothly. KG Caisson Blade Soil Removal Device

A sediment removal system that promotes settlement by the jet flow of a submersible pump to remove soil from the lower part of the blade edge.

The "KG Caisson Cutter Sediment Removal Device" is a technology that removes sediment from the bottom of the cutter during the installation of open caissons using the jet flow from an underwater pump. With approximately ten times the water volume and significant jet force compared to conventional water jets, this device can also handle the installation in hard sandy soil layers. By attaching a 90° elbow to the underwater pump, downward jet discharge is achieved.
