Refrigerant "Opteon(TM) XP40 (R-449A)"

There is a possibility that your current refrigeration and freezer equipment or showcase may become unusable. We will support the introduction of low-GWP refrigerants in the future!

HCFC refrigerants will be completely banned from new production and import by the end of 2019, and the phased reduction of HFC refrigerants will start from 2019. As the existing stock gradually diminishes, there is a risk that maintenance refrigerants will become unavailable. Refrigerators, freezers, and showcases using existing HCFC/HFC refrigerants may become increasingly difficult to maintain if left unattended. 'Opteon(TM) XP40 (R-449A)' is a hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) refrigerant with a low global warming potential (GWP) that does not harm the ozone layer. It is suitable for new equipment and retrofitting existing equipment, providing higher energy efficiency and environmental characteristics. 【Features】 ■ Low GWP (Global Warming Potential) ■ Non-flammable ■ Proven performance with major equipment and component manufacturers ■ Alternative for medium and low-temperature refrigerants (equivalent capacity) ■ Rechargeable after leaks, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Conversion to R407C as a substitute for HCFCs

We propose a replacement plan for the new refrigerant in a unit form that takes into account work efficiency on-site!

Refrigerant R407C has similar pressure, capacity, and efficiency to R22, making it a refrigerant with very low risk for maintaining the performance of currently used air conditioning units. Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), such as R22, which are substances that deplete the ozone layer, were reduced by 60% starting January 1, 2015, against the annual production quota from 2010 to 2014, and production was reduced to zero starting January 1, 2020. Although there may still be some production left for replenishment purposes, it is very difficult to obtain, so it is necessary to replace the refrigerant in use with the new refrigerant (R407C). Our company proposes a plan for replacing equipment currently using HCFCs with suitable new refrigerants. Please feel free to consult us when needed. [R407C (New Refrigerant HFC) Features] - Composition: Ternary mixed refrigerant - Saturated vapor pressure [MPa-abs] at 25°C: 1.19 - Evaporation latent heat [kJ/kg]: 249 - Ozone depletion potential [ODP]: 0 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

What is refrigerant R-514A?

Introducing the features and benefits of non-fluorinated refrigerants following R-1233zd in a column!

Train, as an environmental expert in the HVAC industry, is actively transitioning to non-fluorinated next-generation refrigerants to achieve sustainability. As the second phase of this transition to non-fluorinated refrigerants, we will soon announce a turbo chiller that uses the refrigerant "R-514A." This article provides a detailed explanation of the benefits of the refrigerant used in Train's turbo chillers and the services related to refrigerant conversion. [Contents] ■ Main features of the non-fluorinated refrigerant R-514A ■ About the turbo chiller using R-514A ■ Refrigerants suitable for conversion from HFC refrigerants *For detailed information, please refer to the related links. *For more information, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Natural refrigerant

Proposals tailored to the site are possible! A low global warming potential, significantly reduced electricity consumption and CO2 emissions.

Our company handles environmentally friendly "natural refrigerants" that are primarily composed of organic materials. By simply replacing the refrigerant in existing equipment, equivalent air conditioning cooling performance can be achieved, contributing to the mitigation of global warming. The burden on the equipment is reduced, leading to a 15% to 37% reduction in power consumption, which lowers costs, and this reduction rate directly correlates with the reduction of CO2, contributing to society. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of fluorinated gases (HFCs) ■ No need for recovery or disposal ■ Compatible with most cooling systems ■ No need for system modifications or redesigns ■ No need to replace lubricants or seals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
