We would like to introduce a scale prevention test report for the dishwasher in a restaurant using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device." The owner of a barbecue restaurant in Minnesota, USA, was troubled by excessive scale buildup in the dishwasher and its heating unit. Therefore, they decided to test how effective the Hydroflow S38 would be in preventing scale buildup and dissolving existing scale. Introducing a case study of Hydroflow installation in an apartment with old water pipes that produce dirty rusty water!

We would like to introduce a technical case study of the installation of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" in a certain apartment building in Tokyo. This apartment building has reached its 30th anniversary since completion, and the water supply pipes are old, causing dirty rusty water to come out of the faucet for about 10 to 30 seconds every morning, which was a problem. Therefore, we installed the Hydroflow P60 on the discharge pipe of the pressurization pump (50A). About two months later, the rusty red tap water every morning turned into clear, clean tap water, and the red water completely stopped without the need for chemicals or pipe rehabilitation. Prevention of Algae Growth in Cooling Towers [Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 7]

We would like to introduce a technical case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow." Green algae had developed at the bottom of the cooling tower, causing significant contamination, and there was a decrease in thermal efficiency due to scale and slime in the heat exchange section. Therefore, we installed the Hydroflow on the discharge side of the pump on the main pipe, and one month later, the water algae that passed through the Hydroflow turned brown, died, and accumulated. Technical Data: Automatic Pretreatment of DEENA2 Steel with Nitric Acid - Hydrochloric Acid (Aqua Regia)

A study was conducted on the addition of nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (aqua regia) for the heating decomposition (dissolution) in the analysis of impurities contained in iron and steel.

Steel increases in rigidity when it contains boron and other impurities, but too many impurities can make it brittle. Therefore, managing the impurity content is extremely important in the production of high-quality steel. As an analytical method, the nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (aqua regia) decomposition is commonly performed; however, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and generates a significant amount of harmful acid decomposition gases, making it difficult to safely and quickly process multiple samples. To address this, we examined the automatic pretreatment using nitric acid-hydrochloric acid (aqua regia) for impurity analysis in iron and steel, utilizing DEENA2, which can perform tasks such as acid addition, stirring, and dilution control fully automatically via PC control. As a result, we were able to automate tasks that were previously done manually.
