The issue was that turbid water generated during the well drilling was being discharged untreated, and there was no space available at the construction site for the installation of wastewater treatment equipment. [Case Study] Improvement of Wastewater Turbidity in the Bag Manufacturing Industry <Okinawa Prefecture>

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Aqua Nature Plus, AN-1000 model" at a bag manufacturing processing plant. Originally, natural sedimentation was performed in four water tanks located in an underground pit, but with the increase in production volume, the drainage volume increased, leading to a shorter retention time in the tanks, which resulted in having to discharge water while it was still cloudy. After the implementation, the only tasks required for wastewater treatment were the addition of chemicals and the replacement of filter bags, creating an environment where wastewater treatment could be completed in a short time.
