It is important to carry out repairs before the metal becomes thin and brittle due to rust! Here are some case studies.

We would like to introduce a case of rust repair in the machinery room at a food processing factory. In the past, regular repainting covered the underlying rust with surface paint, which allowed the residual rust beneath the paint film to progress and cause blistering. Once the multiple layers of existing paint were removed, the substrate was covered in red rust, indicating a state of overall corrosion. Therefore, we applied 'AR-PRIMER 12.5' to convert the red rust to black rust and stop the progression of the internal residual rust. Here is a case study of rust repair on a generator. The lower part of the generator has rusted further due to rainwater intrusion from above, with holes on the outside revealing the insulation inside. The inner metal is rusted and flaking, and the rust continues to progress. Therefore, we applied 'AR-PRIMER 12.5', which allows excess moisture to escape until fully cured and transforms red rust into stable black rust with an alkaline coating. The folding board temperature has decreased from 58.7℃ to 35.4℃! Here are some examples of installations in the factory.

We would like to introduce a case of repairing and heat-insulating a corrugated metal roof at a factory. The surface was prepared through scraping and high-pressure washing, followed by the application of 'AR-PRIMER 12.5' via spraying. Heat-insulating paint was then applied. It can be applied to FRP waterproofing, urethane waterproofing surfaces, and difficult-to-bond materials, and since it has quick-setting properties, it can be safely used for urgent repairs.

The "Nichimo Primer" is a water-based cationic acrylic emulsion developed for renovation sites. It is composed of high-penetration fine particles (about 1/10th the size of regular primer particles), allowing it to deeply penetrate fine recesses in the substrate and exhibit excellent adhesion.
