Infrared Imaging: Uncooled VOx microbolometer achieving high sensitivity while realizing Low-SWaP-C (small size, lightweight, low power consumption, low cost).
SCD, a global manufacturer of infrared detectors with solutions ranging from SWIR to LWIR, offers a high-sensitivity, non-cooled VOx microbolometer that achieves Low-SWaP-C (small size, lightweight, low power consumption, and low cost). The VOx microbolometer, which achieves a high sensitivity NETD of <35mK, is available in two pixel formats: VGA/XGA (17µm pitch). The VGA type can be selected from two wavelengths: LWIR (long-wave infrared) (8-14µm) or BroadBand (2-4, 8-14µm). There is also a camera core type with a video engine, ideal for OEMs, that is shutterless and TEC-less. [Made in Israel/ITAR Free]
