[Case Study on Water Treatment Technology] Chemical Injection Device

A combination device of an injector and a measuring instrument, proposing a highly accurate automatic adjustment system! Ensures a constant residual chlorine level at all times.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a "chemical injection device." There were concerns about the decrease in residual chlorine at the remote terminal water distribution reservoir from the water purification plant. However, since there is a risk of excessive chlorine injection at the purification plant, an automatic adjustment device for water quality measurement and additional chlorine injection at the relay station was required. Therefore, by continuously monitoring the residual chlorine at the relay station and automatically injecting the appropriate amount of chemicals according to the readings, a constant residual chlorine level was maintained. Improvements were achieved with a compact and low-cost installation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Purpose of Implementation - There were concerns about the decrease in residual chlorine at the remote terminal water distribution reservoir from the water purification plant. - An automatic adjustment device for water quality measurement and additional chlorine injection at the relay station was required. ■ Effects of Implementation - Improvements were achieved with a compact and low-cost installation. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
