High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Drainage Pump Station Construction Work

This is an example of improvement using this product, which has been treated to be neutral and dust-proof, in a site where environmental considerations are necessary, specifically with leftover soil from piles.

This construction project involves the construction of a drainage pumping station. During the pile driving using the Nakabori pile method, high-water-content clay soil was generated, so we were considering a simple treatment method. Additionally, consideration for the surrounding environment was an important issue at this site. Therefore, a neutral and dust-proof treated high-water-content clay soil modifier, MT-2, was adopted. After improving the soil with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area by dump truck. The sand-mixed silt layer had a water content ratio of 50%. With the addition of 3 kg/m3 of MT-2 and approximately 10 minutes of mixing, it became possible to transport it immediately. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case] Treatment of Water Purification Generated Soil

We will respond to 'I want to clear the sun-dried floor immediately!' This is an example of adding the high moisture clay soil improvement agent MT series to the purified water generated soil and immediately transporting it to a temporary storage area.

This construction project involves the removal of treated water sludge that has been discharged onto the solar drying bed at the water purification plant. At the same purification plant, due to heavy rain, the turbidity of the dam that serves as the water source increased, leading to a rise in the amount of treated water sludge discharged onto the solar drying bed, which posed a risk of the treatment cycle falling behind. Therefore, to urgently remove the treated water sludge from the solar drying bed, a high-water-content mud modifier, MT-1, was adopted, and after being modified with this product, it was immediately transported to a temporary storage area on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Examples] Self-Propelled Soil Improvement Machine

By improving with the high-water-content soil stabilizer MT-2, it is possible to enhance high-water-content soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine!

We would like to introduce examples of the construction of the high-cement-content soil improvement agent MT series. This work involves creating improved soil using a self-propelled soil improvement machine. Until now, the challenge has been that high-water-content mud could not be fed into the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Therefore, as a primary treatment, we improved it with MT-2, resulting in a property that could be fed into the self-propelled soil improvement machine. Subsequently, the MT-2 improved soil was further treated with quicklime as a secondary treatment using the self-propelled soil improvement machine. It was also confirmed that adding MT-2 did not affect the strength development of the improved soil. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High Cement Content Soil Improvement Agent MT Series [Construction Case Study] Urban Mountain Construction Method

Improve the slurry after using the concrete mixer with high cement content soil stabilizer MT-2 and dispose of it immediately!

We would like to introduce a case study of the MT series high cement content soil improvement agent. This project involves the construction of a tunnel in an urban area using the NATM method. The wash water from the ready-mix concrete trucks used on site contained slurry and needed to be regularly transported off-site. However, the site was narrow, and it was difficult to secure a vacuum truck for an extended period. Therefore, MT-2 was adopted due to its characteristics of low additive amount and immediate transport capability. After improving the mud with this product, it was transported to the designated disposal site via a standard 10-ton dump truck, passing through public roads.

Water-resistant granular structure binder Soil Mix

It is an excellent water-retaining, safe, and non-toxic water-resistant granular structure binder.

Soil mix improvement material is made from the residual sludge extracted during the purification process of tap water, which has been refined and processed. The soil mix improvement material itself has a water-resistant granular structure, and when mixed with soil (typically 20% to 40%), it acts to transform into a water-resistant granular structure through electrostatic bonding. Soil mix pavement is created by mixing soil mix improvement material with high-quality soil in an appropriate ratio, allowing the improvement material to bond with water-soluble clay and colloidal particles to form a water-resistant granular structure. 【Features】 ○ Excellent water retention due to moisture retention within soil particles ○ Electrostatic bonding of clay and colloidal particles (water-soluble particles) in the soil ○ Moisture absorption and drainage action ○ Safe and non-toxic ○ Semi-permanent effect if there are no chemical changes For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
