Carrier idler that improves belt wandering and misalignment through the automatic centering function of tapered rollers.

This is an automatic centering carrier idler with a tapered design based on the JAC type side roller. Due to the larger diameter on the center side of the belt and the smaller diameter on the end side, the difference in surface peripheral speed of the roller during belt contact causes a tracking adjustment. The frame rotates towards the side where the belt is offset, enhancing functionality. It can be used without the need for directional indication and is compatible with both forward and reverse operation conveyors.

Carrier idler that improves belt wandering and misalignment through the automatic centering function of tapered rollers.

Similar to the JAC-T type, this is a tapered automatic centering carrier idler with side rollers. The principle of the zigzag adjustment function is the same; however, as a structural difference, a pivot axis is placed at the bottom of each roller support on the left and right, eliminating the pivot frame to improve pivot sensitivity. This product can also be used in conveyors for both forward and reverse operation.
