"AirAKI" is an energy-saving two-fluid humidification system that sprays dry fog (fine mist with an average particle size of 10μm or less). ◆ Energy-saving Effect Humidification using dry fog operates with a small amount of energy, significantly reducing running costs compared to steam humidification. Additionally, the latent heat of vaporization of dry fog helps reduce cooling load in response to increased heat generation due to the acceleration and densification of production machinery. [Daikin Applied Systems Case Study] Low Temperature Humidification System

The winter heating of electric vehicles (EVs) relies on heat pump operation using outside air as the heat source, which has led to issues caused by frost accumulation on the outdoor unit. Therefore, the establishment of sub-zero humidification technology and temperature and humidity control technology, as well as the development of low-temperature humidification technology, has become urgent. As a result, a newly developed hot water pan humidification system has achieved high-precision humidity control. The guaranteed humidity range at sub-zero temperatures (0 to -20°C) has been expanded, and effectiveness measurements have demonstrated successful temperature and humidity control at sub-zero conditions in a real vehicle testing chamber with a large space.
