We would like to introduce an example of remote support using video communication with the IP intercom system "IX System." At the time-staffed stations of Tobu Railway Co., Ltd., there were cases where customer service could not be conducted smoothly when staff were absent. By utilizing our IX System, we enabled remote support for "written communication" and "toilet calls," allowing for prompt initial responses. Additionally, for international tourists, we have made it possible to resolve issues without being on-site through guidance via video and written communication.
