In conventional methods, the installation of ditches and basins horizontally caused changes in gradient, leading to noise during vehicle operation and damage to the ditches and basins due to impacts. The FR Cross Drainage Ditch and FR Catch Basin are installed in accordance with the longitudinal gradient of the road, enabling smooth vehicle movement. This resolves noise issues and reduces impacts on the ditches and basins, thereby minimizing deterioration such as damage and improving safety. 【Features】 - The bottom of the ditch and basin is arc-shaped, allowing for step-less longitudinal gradient adjustment when combined with a dedicated base. - Both the base and the main body are precast products, enabling a reduction in construction time by approximately 50% compared to conventional methods, which is expected to ease traffic restrictions. - The surfaces of the grating and receiving frame are textured, which is expected to reduce vehicle slipping.
